Himadri Speciality Chemical Limited (HSCL) has approved a ₹368 crore capital expenditure (capex) plan to expand its specialty chemicals portfolio and strengthen its presence in high-growth advanced materials. The investment, approved by the company’s Board of Directors on July 15, 2026, will be funded primarily through internal accruals.

Alongside approving its unaudited financial results for the quarter ended June 30, 2026, the company unveiled a series of strategic projects aimed at increasing production capacity and entering new technology-driven markets.

₹368 Crore Capex to Drive Future Growth

The approved investment covers capacity expansion in existing products and the development of advanced materials for emerging industries such as electric vehicles, electronics, engineering plastics, and composites.

Key Investment Highlights

  • Total Approved Capex: ₹368 crore
