Honasa Consumer Limited (HCL), the company behind popular digital-first brands like Mamaearth, The Derma Co., Aqualogica, BBlunt, Dr. Sheth’s, Staze, and Luminéve, has announced a major strategic move—its entry into the men’s personal care space. The company has acquired Reginald Men, a fast-growing premium grooming brand, marking an important milestone in Honasa’s expansion journey.

A Closer Look at the Acquisition

Honasa is acquiring 95% stake in BTM Ventures Pvt. Ltd., the parent company of Reginald Men, at an enterprise value of ₹195 crore (subject to closing adjustments). The remaining 5% stake will be purchased after 12 months based on pre-decided valuation parameters.

Founded in August 2022 by Trisha Reddy Talasani, Reginald Men has quickly carved out a strong presence in the men’s grooming category. The brand offers premium personal care products with a strong focus on sunscreens and serums, two rapidly growing segments within male skincare.

In the last twelve months (Nov 2024–Oct 2025), Reginald Men delivered impressive financials, crossing ₹70 crore in revenue with a healthy 25% EBITDA margin.
