Aegis Logistics Adds 61,000 KL Capacity at Pirpau, Mumbai with ₹99.88 Crore Investment

Aegis Logistics Limited has announced a significant capacity addition at its Pirpau facility located near the old Pirpau berth at Mumbai Port. In an official disclosure to the Bombay Stock Exchange (BSE) and the National Stock Exchange (NSE), the company confirmed that the new expansion will add 61,000 KL of liquid storage capacity, effective from September 6, 2025.

The investment for this expansion stands at ₹99.88 crore, which will be funded entirely through internal accruals. According to the company, the new storage capacity will not only meet the increasing demand from both existing and new customers but also ease the load on its current liquid storage facilities in Mumbai.

“This new capacity addition will reinforce operational resilience and enhance our competitive positioning in the industry,” said the company in its disclosure.

With this expansion, Aegis Logistics aims to strengthen its role as a leading integrated logistics solutions provider while continuing to support India’s growing energy and industrial sectors.
