The company is acquiring significant shares in three companies: Beijing Biaoshi Enterprise Consulting Co. Ltd., BLS UK Hotels Limited, and Aadifidelis Solutions Private Limited. These moves are poised to enhance BLS’s capabilities and market presence in the visa processing, hospitality, and financial services sectors.
Beijing Biaoshi Enterprise Consulting Co. Ltd. BLS International Services Singapore PTE Ltd., a step-down subsidiary of BLS International Services, is acquiring 100% of the shares of Beijing Biaoshi Enterprise Consulting Co. Ltd., making it a wholly owned step-down subsidiary. The acquisition, valued at CNY 9712.58, will strengthen BLS’s visa and passport processing operations in China. Beijing Biaoshi, incorporated on April 18, 2018, has shown a robust turnover growth over the last three years, indicating a strong market presence.
BLS UK Hotels Limited BLS International FZE, another wholly owned subsidiary of BLS International Services, is subscribing to 51% of the share capital of BLS UK Hotels Limited. This move will establish BLS UK Hotels as a step-down subsidiary, with the remaining 49% of shares subscribed by the promoter of BLS International. The £10,200 acquisition will enable BLS to diversify into the hospitality sector in the United Kingdom. Although newly incorporated on September 11, 2024, the company is poised to leverage BLS’s extensive network and expertise.
Aadifidelis Solutions Private Limited BLS E-Services Limited, a subsidiary of BLS International Services, has acquired a 57% stake in Aadifidelis Solutions Private Limited (ASPL). This acquisition, involving an upfront investment of approximately Rs. 77.85 Crore and additional payments based on EBITDA milestones for FY 2024-25 and FY 2025-26, will make ASPL a step-down subsidiary. ASPL, with a pan-India presence and a network of over 8,600 channel partners, is a key player in loan distribution and processing, working with leading financial institutions.
