Sun Pharma Laboratories Limited, a wholly owned subsidiary of Sun Pharmaceutical Industries, has taken a major strategic step to boost its manufacturing capabilities. The company’s Board of Directors has approved a ₹3,000 crore investment to set up a greenfield formulations manufacturing facility in Madhya Pradesh.
This new facility is expected to enhance production capacity, support future growth in domestic and global markets, and strengthen Sun Pharma’s position as one of India’s leading pharmaceutical companies. With this expansion, the company aims to scale up its formulations manufacturing in line with rising demand across therapeutic segments.
