Deepak Chem Tech Limited (DCTL), a wholly-owned subsidiary of Deepak Nitrite Limited, has entered into definitive agreements with Trinseo Deutschland Anlagengesellschaft mbH and Trinseo Europe GmbH (“Trinseo”) for the acquisition of Trinseo’s Polycarbonate (PC) manufacturing assets and technology license.
