Entero Healthcare Solutions Limited is set to acquire two prominent distribution firms—Radha Swami Medico House and Shree Enterprises—to boost its market presence in pharmaceutical and allied product distribution. The acquisitions, expected to close by January 31, 2025, are anticipated to support Entero’s growth strategy in India.
Radha Swami Medico House: A Jhajjar-based distributor of pharmaceuticals, veterinary, and allied products, reporting turnovers around INR 130 Mn over recent years. This is a 100% stake acquisition with a cash consideration of up to INR 50.94 Mn.
Shree Enterprises: Located in Thiruvananthapuram, Shree Enterprises specializes in pharmaceuticals distribution with recent annual turnovers over INR 400 Mn. Entero will acquire a 100% stake with a cash consideration of up to INR 231.12 Mn, structured as an arm’s-length transaction despite some overlap in subsidiary company directors.
Expected Outcome: Both acquisitions are expected to enhance Entero’s consolidated revenue and market reach in India.
