IRCON Wins ₹127.8 Cr Contract for Electronic Interlocking Systems in Ajmer Division

IRCON International Limited has been awarded a significant contract by the Signal & Telecommunication (S&T) Construction division of North Western Railway, Indian Railways.

📌 Contract Overview

  • Project Scope: Design, manufacture, supply, installation, testing, and commissioning of microprocessor-based Electronic Interlocking (EI) systems (with inbuilt block instruments) at 20 stations in the Ajmer Division. The project also includes Automatic Block Signalling and associated indoor and outdoor works related to Signalling & Telecom systems.

  • Contract Value: ₹127.80 crore (₹127,80,36,115.49)

  • Execution Timeline: 24 months from the date of issuance of the Letter of Award (LOA)

  • Awarding Entity: S&T (Construction), North Western Railway, Indian Railways

  • Nature of Contract: Domestic works contract
