United Foodbrands Limited (formerly Barbeque-Nation Hospitality Limited) announced its strategic entry into the South-East Asian market, starting with Thailand.
Through its wholly owned Dubai-based subsidiary, Barbeque Nation MENA Holding Limited, the company acquired stakes in two Thailand-based companies, which have now become step-down subsidiaries.
