NCC Limited has announced a major infrastructure order worth ₹2,129.60 crore (excluding GST) from the Andhra Pradesh Capital Region Development Authority (APCRDA). The disclosure was made on March 19, 2025, to the National Stock Exchange of India (NSE) and BSE Limited, in compliance with Regulation 30 of SEBI’s (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.

    • Construction of roads, drains, water supply, sewage, utility ducts for power and ICT, reuse waterline, and avenue plantation in Zone-12 villages of Amaravati Capital City, Andhra Pradesh.

  • Contract Type: Lumpsum contract (percentage tender) basis.

  • Project Execution Timeline:

    • Completion within 3 years.

    • Additional Defect Liability Period (DLP) of 2 years.

  • Project Value: ₹2,129.60 crore (excluding GST).
