Neuland Laboratories Limited has announced plans to enhance capacity at two of its manufacturing facilities:
Unit 1 – Bonthapally Village: The peptide synthesizer capacity will increase from 0.5 KL to 6.37 KL, with completion targeted by FY27. The project, costing ₹254 crores, will be funded through a mix of borrowings and internal accruals. This multi-product peptide manufacturing block will support the company’s GDS and CMS businesses for development and commercial production.
Unit 3 – Gaddapotharam Village: The facility will undergo a 52 KL capacity expansion, raising the total to 373 KL. Scheduled for completion within 15–18 months, this ₹88-crore project will be funded through internal accruals to meet growing customer demands.
Total Investment: The combined capital expenditure for both projects amounts to ₹342 crores.
These expansions align with Neuland Laboratories’ long-term growth strategy, ensuring the company can meet increasing market demands effectively.
