MTAR Technologies Ltd. (MTAR) has announced a significant order win valued at ₹194 crore in the Civil Nuclear Power segment. The order has been awarded by Megha Engineering & Infrastructures Ltd., marking a new customer addition to MTAR’s expanding client portfolio.

Order Overview

The newly secured contract involves the supply of end fittings and associated components, a critical part of nuclear reactor manufacturing. This order is part of a larger package of confirmed orders worth ₹504 crore linked to the construction of Kaiga 5 & 6 reactors. MTAR has indicated that the remaining orders under this package are expected to be received soon.

Execution Timeline

The project is scheduled to be executed up to April 2028, providing long-term revenue visibility and strengthening MTAR’s position in the civil nuclear domain.

Domestic Contract with No Related-Party Links

This is a domestic order, and MTAR has clarified that neither promoters nor group companies hold any interest in the awarding entity. The transaction does not fall under related-party dealings.
