Under the agreement, Quadrant Future Tek will undertake the:
Supply, Installation, Testing, and Commissioning of
223 Onboard KAVACH Loco Equipment (Version 4.0)The project also includes a warranty component
All equipment must comply with RSDO (Research Designs & Standards Organisation) specifications
KAVACH is India’s indigenous train collision avoidance system designed to enhance railway safety. The deployment of Version 4.0 equipment across locomotives represents a crucial step in strengthening operational safety standards.
Contract Value
The total contract value stands at:
₹1,81,56,66,000/- (approximately ₹181.57 Crores)

Execution Timeline
Quadrant is required to complete the project within:
12 months from the date of issuance of the Purchase Order.

Arm’s Length Transaction
