Quadrant Future Tek Limited has announced a major order win in the railway infrastructure and safety segment. On January 14, 2026, the company confirmed that it has received and accepted a contract offer from Chittaranjan Locomotive Works (CLW), a key manufacturing unit under Indian Railways.

The contract involves the supply, installation, testing, and commissioning of 353 units of Onboard KAVACH Loco Equipment (Version 4.0). KAVACH is an indigenous train collision avoidance system and plays a crucial role in enhancing railway safety across the network.
In addition to the core deployment, the agreement also includes warranty support and long-term annual maintenance, ensuring reliable performance of the safety systems over an extended period.
Contract Value and Financial Details
The total value of the contract stands at ₹287.83 crore, inclusive of all applicable taxes. This order significantly strengthens Quadrant Future Tek’s order book and highlights its growing role in mission-critical railway safety technologies.
Project Timeline
The execution of the contract is expected to be completed within 12 months from the date of issuance of the Purchase Order, reflecting a well-defined and time-bound delivery schedule.
Regulatory and Governance Disclosure
The company disclosed this development in compliance with Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations. Quadrant Future Tek has clarified that the transaction does not involve any related party, and its promoters have no interest in Chittaranjan Locomotive Works.
