PNC Infratech Limited has announced that it has emerged as the lowest (L1) bidder for a major infrastructure project awarded by the Bihar State Road Development Corporation (BSRDC).
The project involves the construction of a high-level bridge and approach road on the Hathouri–Atrar–Bavangama–Aurai Road in Bihar, covering a stretch of 21.3 km. The contract will be executed on the EPC (Engineering, Procurement & Construction) mode under Civil Work Contract Package No. BSFIP-IV 15.
Project Value: ₹495.54 crore (exclusive of GST)
Execution Timeline: 1,095 days (approximately 3 years)
Type of Order: Domestic Civil Work Contract
Awarding Authority: Bihar State Road Development Corporation
The financial bids for the project were opened on September 4, 2025, with PNC emerging as the winner.
The company confirmed that the project is not a related party transaction, and neither the promoters nor promoter group companies have any interest in the awarding entity.
As per SEBI’s insider trading regulations, PNC has also announced that the trading window for designated persons will remain closed until 48 hours after this announcement.
This new order strengthens PNC Infratech’s project portfolio and underlines its strong presence in the infrastructure development sector across India.
