RailTel Corporation of India Ltd.
On December 16, 2024, at 3:00 PM, RailTel Corporation of India Ltd. received a substantial order from the Central Warehousing Corporation. The order, valued at Rs. 37.99 crore (inclusive of taxes), involves the supply, installation, testing, and commissioning (SITC) of CCTV systems. The project is scheduled for completion by May 16, 2025. This domestic transaction involves no conflicts of interest, as neither RailTel’s promoters nor their group companies hold any stake in the Central Warehousing Corporation.
Texmaco Rail & Engineering Limited
Texmaco Rail & Engineering Limited announced on December 16, 2024, the acquisition of a major order for the construction of nine 132KV transmission lines across a route length of approximately 291 kilometers. This turnkey project, valued at Rs. 187.41 crore, was awarded by Chhattisgarh State Power Transmission Co. Ltd., a Government of Chhattisgarh enterprise. The project is expected to be completed within 15 months.
