TATASTEEL Q2 Results: Revenue declined by 4.00% year-over-year (YoY) to Rs. 53905 crore, while net profit rose by 111.00% YoY to Rs. 759 crore.

Revenue

Revenue for the current quarter (Sep 2024) is Rs. 53905 crore which is Rs. 54771 crore less than the revenue in the previous quarter (Jun 2024). However, it is lower than the revenue for the same quarter last year (Sep 2023) which was Rs. 55682 crore.

Net Profit

Net Profit for the current quarter (Sep 2024) is Rs. 759 crore, which is Rs. 919 crore less than the net profit in the previous quarter (Jun 2024). However, compared to the same quarter last year, it is significantly higher than the net loss of Rs. 6511 crore for Sep 2023.

EPS

The EPS for the current quarter (Sep 2024) is 0.67, which is 0.77 more than the EPS for the previous quarter (Jun 2024). However, compared to the same quarter last year, it is higher than the EPS of -5.07 for Sep 2023.

Other Income

Other income for the current quarter (Sep 2024) is Rs. 617 crore, which is Rs. -6 crore more than the other income for the previous quarter (Jun 2024). However, compared to the same quarter last year, it is higher than the other income of Rs. -6568 crore for Sep 2023.
