Innovision Limited Wins INR 205.2 Crore NHAI Toll and Facility Management Contract in Rajasthan

Innovision Limited has secured a major infrastructure contract from the National Highways Authority of India (NHAI), strengthening its presence in India’s highway operations and toll management sector. The company has received a Letter of Award (LoA) for a contract valued at ₹205.20 crore, marking another significant addition to its order book.

The contract appoints Innovision Limited as the user fee collection agency for the Kishangarh Toll Plaza in Rajasthan. In addition to toll collection, the company will also be responsible for the maintenance and upkeep of toilet facilities located adjacent to the toll plaza, ensuring quality public amenities for highway commuters.

The project was awarded through a competitive e-tendering process and carries a tenure of one year. The company received the Letter of Award on July 13, 2026.

Major Boost to Order Book

The ₹205.20 crore contract is expected to provide a strong revenue contribution over the next 12 months while reinforcing Innovision’s capabilities in managing large-scale highway infrastructure projects. The award also highlights the company’s proven track record in delivering operational efficiency and maintaining public infrastructure under government contracts.

With the Government of India continuing to invest heavily in road infrastructure through NHAI, opportunities for toll management and related services remain substantial. This latest contract places Innovision in a favorable position to benefit from the country’s ongoing highway expansion initiatives.

Strategic Significance

Winning a high-value NHAI contract demonstrates Innovision’s competitive strength in the infrastructure services sector. Besides generating stable cash flows, the project enhances the company’s credentials for securing similar government contracts in the future.

As India’s highway network expands, demand for professional toll collection, facility management, and operational services is expected to remain robust, creating long-term growth opportunities for companies with established execution capabilities.
