Onward Technologies Posts Strong Q1 FY27 Sequential Gains, Revenue Up 12% YoY to ₹149.43 Cr
Onward Technologies Limited (NSE: ONWARDTEC, BSE: 517536) has reported a steady start to FY27, posting double-digit revenue growth and a strong sequential improvement in profitability for the quarter ended June 30, 2026.
The company’s Board of Directors, at its meeting held on July 16, 2026, approved the unaudited standalone and consolidated financial results for the first quarter of the financial year.
While revenue continued to grow at a healthy pace, net profit moderated on a year-on-year basis due to higher operating costs and tax expenses. However, profitability improved significantly compared to the previous quarter, indicating positive business momentum.

Revenue Continues to Grow
Revenue from operations increased to ₹149.43 crore, registering a 12.23% year-on-year growth from ₹133.15 crore in Q1 FY26.
On a sequential basis, revenue rose 8.98% from ₹137.12 crore reported in the March 2026 quarter, reflecting continued demand across the company’s engineering and digital transformation services.
Sequential Profit Recovery
Net profit for the quarter stood at ₹11.17 crore.
Although profit declined 12.25% compared to ₹12.73 crore in the corresponding quarter last year, it increased 16.96% sequentially from ₹9.55 crore in Q4 FY26, indicating improving operational performance.
Earnings Per Share
Basic earnings per share (EPS) came in at ₹5.00, compared with ₹5.61 in Q1 FY26.
On a quarter-on-quarter basis, EPS improved by 17.37% from ₹4.26, mirroring the recovery in profitability.
Strong Growth in the US Market
One of the key highlights of the quarter was the company’s strong performance in its overseas business, particularly in the United States.
Revenue from the US market increased by nearly 38% year-on-year to ₹50.42 crore, reflecting growing demand from international customers and strengthening Onward Technologies’ global presence.
The company, however, witnessed softer performance in the European market, while its India business delivered modest growth during the quarter.
