Real estate developer Anant Raj Limited has approved an additional investment of ₹74.86 crore in its wholly owned subsidiary, Ashok Cloud Private Limited (ACPL), as part of its long-term strategy to expand its presence in India’s rapidly growing data centre and cloud infrastructure industry.

The investment was approved by the company’s Finance and Investment Committee during its meeting held on July 20, 2026, and will be made through a rights issue of equity shares.
