360 ONE WAM Shines in Q1 FY27: PAT Jumps 14.8% to ₹330 Cr, AUM Crosses ₹3.42 Lakh Cr

360 ONE WAM Limited, one of India’s leading wealth and asset management firms, has reported a strong financial performance for the quarter ended June 30, 2026 (Q1 FY27). The company continued its growth momentum with healthy increases in profitability, assets under management (AUM), and recurring revenue, reflecting resilient client inflows and sustained demand for wealth management services.

The company’s performance was supported by India’s expanding wealth management industry, strong investor participation, and a growing preference for professionally managed investment solutions.

Q1 FY27 Financial Highlights

360 ONE WAM reported solid growth across its key business metrics during the first quarter of FY27:

  • Profit After Tax (PAT): ₹330 crore, up 14.8% year-on-year.

  • Wealth AUM: ₹2.42 lakh crore, increasing 24.2% from the previous year.
  • Asset Management AUM: ₹1 lakh crore, up 8.2% year-on-year.
  • Overall AUM: Expanded to ₹7.8 lakh crore as of June 30, 2026, representing 17% annual growth.

  • Tangible Return on Equity (ROE): Reported at 19.4%, reflecting efficient capital deployment.

Wealth Business Continues to Drive Growth

The company’s wealth management franchise remained the primary growth engine during the quarter, supported by healthy client acquisitions, higher recurring assets, and strong advisory-led engagement. Robust inflows into recurring revenue products further strengthened earnings visibility and reinforced the firm’s long-term business model.

Management noted that India’s wealth management industry remains significantly underpenetrated, creating substantial opportunities for sustained long-term growth.

Strategic Focus on Premium Wealth Management

360 ONE WAM continues to strengthen its position in the Ultra High Net Worth Individual (UHNI) segment by focusing on becoming the preferred manager for clients’ core investment portfolios.

Key strategic priorities include:

  • Increasing wallet share from existing clients.
  • Expanding its presence beyond India’s major metropolitan cities.
  • Capturing opportunities arising from promoter liquidity and business monetization events.
  • Strengthening its advisory-led wealth management proposition to deliver customized investment solutions.

These initiatives are expected to support higher recurring revenues while enhancing long-term client relationships.
