Vishal Mega Mart Reports Strong Q1 FY27 Growth with Higher Revenue, Profit and Store Expansion

July 23, 2026: Vishal Mega Mart Limited, one of India’s leading value retail chains, reported a strong performance for the first quarter of FY27, delivering robust growth in revenue, profitability, customer engagement, and store expansion. According to the company’s investor presentation for the quarter ended June 30, 2026, continued expansion of its retail network, healthy same-store sales growth, and increasing digital adoption helped drive another quarter of solid performance.

The company continued to strengthen its position in India’s organized retail sector by combining rapid physical expansion with enhanced customer loyalty and quick commerce capabilities.

Revenue and Profit Register Strong Growth

Vishal Mega Mart reported healthy year-on-year growth across key financial metrics during Q1 FY27.

  • Revenue from Operations: ₹3,140.3 crore, compared with ₹1,765.5 crore in Q1 FY26.

Same-Store Sales Continue to Grow

Existing stores continued to perform well during the quarter.

The company reported Same-Store Sales Growth (SSSG) of 10.0%, indicating healthy demand across its established retail network and sustained customer spending.
