5Paisa Capital Limited Has released the transcript of its earnings conference call for the first quarter ended June 30, 2026 (Q1 FY27). The company reported solid top-line growth driven by deepening customer wallet share and expansion in product offerings, including margin trading facility (MTF) and mutual funds.

During the quarter, the discount broking and wealth management platform logged total revenue of Rs 88.4 crore, marking a 14% year-on-year (YoY) increase. Profit After Tax (PAT) for the period came in at Rs 11.6 crore.

Key Financial & Operational Highlights

  • Total Revenue: Standalone revenue rose 14% YoY to Rs 88.4 crore.
  • Net Profit (PAT): Recorded at Rs 11.6 crore for Q1 FY27.
  • Customer Base: Expanded to 52.6 lakh registered clients.
  • Mutual Fund AUM: Grew 18% quarter-on-quarter (QoQ) to reach Rs 2,073 crore.
  • Client Funding Book: Combined MTF and T+5 average funding book stood at Rs 422 crore, reflecting a 3% QoQ growth.

Product Upgrades & Strategic Focus

Managing Director & CEO Gaurav Seth highlighted the company’s strategic initiatives aimed at enhancing trading efficiency and expanding margin access for serious as well as retail investors:

  • Leverage & Funding Expansion: Expanded the T+5 holding product to 2,500 eligible scrips with daily interest rates starting at 0.045%. MTF limits were scaled up to Rs 25 crore across 1,500 eligible scrips.
  • Derivatives & Algo Trading: Introduced features such as Open Interest (OF) profiles directly on charts, One-click execution, and launched Aerospace—a dedicated algorithmic trading platform designed for retail adoption.

The management emphasized that these initiatives aim to transition client engagement from standalone trading to comprehensive portfolio building, driving long-term customer lifetime value across capital market offerings.
