- Revenue from Operations: ₹6,591.06 crore, up 29.13% from ₹5,104.16 crore in Q1 FY26.
- Total Income: Increased to ₹6,624.71 crore compared with ₹5,128.95 crore in the corresponding quarter last year.
Profitability
The company reported a sharp improvement in earnings during the quarter.
- Profit Before Tax (PBT): ₹622.60 crore, registering a 76.61% year-on-year growth from ₹352.52 crore in Q1 FY26.
- Total Expenses: Rose to ₹6,002.37 crore from ₹4,776.44 crore, reflecting higher business activity and increased sales volumes.
Despite higher operating expenses, APAR Industries significantly improved profitability through stronger revenue growth and operational efficiency.
Board Approves Strategic Global Expansion
As part of its long-term international growth strategy, the Board of Directors approved several important initiatives during its meeting held on July 24, 2026.
UK Wholly Owned Subsidiary
The Board approved the incorporation of a Wholly Owned Subsidiary (WOS) in the United Kingdom, which is expected to strengthen APAR Industries’ presence across the European market and support future business development opportunities.
Additional Investment in Brazil
The company also approved an additional investment of up to BRL 3,000,000 in APAR Industries LATAM Ltd., Brazil, its existing wholly owned subsidiary.
The investment is aimed at expanding operations and enhancing the company’s presence in the Latin American market.
Employee Stock Appreciation Rights
The Board approved the allotment of 9,484 equity shares to eligible employees following the exercise of options under the APAR Industries Employee Stock Appreciation Rights (ESAR) Plan 2024.
