Can Fin Homes Beats Q1 FY27 Disbursement Target with 29% YoY Growth to ₹2,609 Crore

Housing finance company Can Fin Homes Limited has submitted the official transcript of its Q1 FY27 Earnings Conference Call to the stock exchanges following the investor interaction held on July 20, 2026. During the call, the company’s management highlighted a strong start to FY27, with loan disbursements exceeding internal targets and recording robust year-on-year growth across key business segments.

Q1 FY27 Disbursements Surpass Guidance

Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer Suresh Iyer stated that the company had set an internal disbursement target of ₹2,500 crore for the first quarter. However, Can Fin Homes surpassed this goal by disbursing ₹2,609 crore during Q1 FY27.

This represents a 29% year-on-year (YoY) increase compared with ₹2,015 crore disbursed in the corresponding quarter of the previous financial year.

Strong Growth Across Business Segments

The management attributed the healthy performance to balanced growth across customer categories, products, and geographical regions.

Customer Segment Performance

  • Salaried Segment: Disbursements increased 21% YoY.
  • Self-Employed Non-Professionals (SENP): Registered a strong 44% YoY growth, reflecting increasing demand from self-employed borrowers.

Product-Wise Growth

  • Housing Loan Disbursements: Grew 28% YoY.
  • Non-Housing Loans (NHL): Expanded 32% YoY, indicating healthy demand across diversified lending products.

Growth Across All Operating Zones

Can Fin Homes reported positive growth across all six of its operational zones during the quarter.

Even Karnataka, the company’s slowest-growing region during Q1 FY27, recorded a healthy 18% year-on-year increase in disbursements.

Management also credited the strong performance to:

  • Newly opened branches established after March 2023
  • Expansion of the company’s sales force
  • Improved market penetration across existing and new geographies

Positive Outlook for FY27

Encouraged by the strong first-quarter performance, the management reaffirmed its ambitious disbursement roadmap for the remaining quarters of FY27.

Disbursement Targets

  • Q2 FY27: ₹3,000 crore
  • Q3 FY27: ₹3,500 crore
  • Q4 FY27: ₹4,000 crore

The guidance reflects the company’s confidence in sustaining business momentum through continued branch expansion, customer acquisition, and strong demand in the housing finance market.
