Vedanta Aluminium Metal Ltd has informed the stock exchanges that its Board of Directors will meet on Thursday, July 30, 2026, to consider and approve the unaudited financial results for the quarter ended June 30, 2026 (Q1 FY27).

The disclosure has been made in accordance with Regulations 29 and 50 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.
