  • EBIT: ₹62.16 crore, up 71.8% YoY from ₹36.18 crore.
  • EBIT Margin: Increased to 8.5% from 6.1%.
  • Profit Before Tax (PBT): ₹58.79 crore, up 77.5% YoY (excluding exceptional items).
  • Net Profit: ₹43.73 crore, compared with ₹24.94 crore in Q2 CY2025, reflecting a 75.3% increase.
  • Earnings Per Share (EPS): ₹5.79, up 77.3% YoY.

H1 CY2026 Performance

For the six months ended June 30, 2026, the company continued its growth trajectory.

  • Revenue from Operations: ₹1,322.23 crore, up 11.6% YoY from ₹1,184.98 crore.
  • Net Profit: ₹69.33 crore, compared with ₹51.09 crore in the corresponding period last year, representing a 35.7% increase.

The first-half financial results include a one-time depreciation adjustment of ₹88 lakh, partially offset by a deferred tax benefit of ₹22 lakh.
