Following the completion of the transaction on July 28, 2026, Bazaloni Group Limited has officially become a wholly owned subsidiary of Grob Tea Company.
The acquisition, first announced on July 1, 2026, was completed in accordance with the terms of the Share Purchase Agreement (SPA). The strategic move is expected to enhance Grob Tea’s production capabilities, expand its presence in the premium tea segment, and strengthen its position in India’s tea industry.

Grob Tea acquired the entire 15,96,500 equity shares, representing 100% ownership of Bazaloni Group Limited, for a total cash consideration of ₹72.16 crore. The transaction was completed entirely through cash payment and did not involve any related-party transaction.
