Meghmani Organics Limited has submitted its Q1 FY27 Investor Presentation for the quarter ended June 30, 2026, to the stock exchanges in accordance with Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015. Meghmani Organics has built a diversified business model with operations across four key segments:

  • Crop Protection: Insecticides, herbicides, fungicides, and intermediates.

Expanding International Footprint

As part of its international growth strategy, Meghmani Organics continues to strengthen its presence in key overseas markets.

Recent expansion initiatives include:

  • Establishment of a wholly owned subsidiary in Brazil during 2026 to directly serve customers across Latin America.
  • Continued operations through a representative office in China to support business development and customer engagement in Asian markets.

These initiatives are expected to improve market access, strengthen customer relationships, and support long-term export growth.

Strong Domestic Distribution Network

Within India, Meghmani Organics maintains an extensive distribution network that serves approximately 10 million farmers.
