Canarys Automations Reports Record FY26 Performance, Marks Strategic Shift to AI-Native Solutions

Canarys Automations Limited has released the transcript of its earnings conference call held on July 27, 2026, discussing its financial and operational performance for the second half (H2 FY26) and the full year ended March 31, 2026.

Management described FY26 as the most significant year in the company’s three-decade history, marked by record revenue, key business milestones, and a strategic transformation into an AI-driven technology solutions provider.

Key Financial and Business Highlights

  • Consolidated Revenue: Approached the ₹200 crore milestone for the first time in the company’s history.
  • Standalone Revenue: Crossed the ₹100 crore mark for the first time.
  • Business Transformation: Transitioned from a traditional engineering services company to an AI-native engineering and solution resilience platform.
  • Technology Framework: Introduced and expanded its proprietary CAR (Canarys Automation Resilience) Framework, designed to integrate artificial intelligence across software development, deployment, and operations.

Strategic Shift Towards AI

During the earnings call, management emphasized that the company is repositioning itself to capitalize on the growing adoption of artificial intelligence across enterprises.

The CAR Framework is designed to embed AI into every stage of the software lifecycle, enabling organizations to improve application resilience, automate operations, accelerate software delivery, and enhance overall operational efficiency.

According to the company, this transformation represents a long-term strategic shift rather than an incremental technology upgrade.

Management Commentary

Commenting on the company’s strategy, Sheshadri Srinivas, Chief Executive Officer of Canarys Automations Limited, said that artificial intelligence is reshaping how enterprises build and manage technology systems.

He noted that by integrating AI into its core platforms through the CAR Framework, the company aims to deliver scalable, resilient, and intelligent technology solutions for global customers while creating new long-term growth opportunities.
