Kamdhenu Limited Highlights Strong FY26 Growth, Brand Turnover Reaches ₹23,000 Crore

Kamdhenu Limited has submitted its latest corporate presentation to the stock exchanges, outlining its operational performance, nationwide expansion, and strategic initiatives for FY26. The company continued to strengthen its position as one of India’s leading branded steel companies through its asset-light franchise model, supported by an extensive manufacturing and distribution network.

During FY26, Kamdhenu’s brand turnover reached ₹23,000 crore, while its franchise-based business generated approximately ₹175 crore in royalty income, reflecting the strength of its brand-led business model.

Key FY26 Highlights

  • Brand Turnover: ₹23,000 crore
  • Royalty Income: Approximately ₹175 crore
  • Sales Volume: 39 lakh metric tonnes (MT)
  • Manufacturing Capacity:
    • Steel Rebars: 40 lakh MT per annum
    • Structural Steel: 10 lakh MT per annum
    • Colour-Coated Sheets: 2.5 lakh MT per annum
  • Franchise Network: More than 100 franchisee partners
  • Distribution Network: Over 500 distributors
  • Retail Reach: More than 12,500 dealers across India

Expanding Renewable Energy Footprint

As part of its sustainability initiatives, Kamdhenu announced the commissioning of a 5 MWp captive solar power plant at Halol, Rajasthan, in June 2026. The renewable energy project is expected to reduce power costs, improve operational efficiency, and support the company’s environmental sustainability goals.

Asset-Light Business Model Continues to Drive Growth

Founded in 1994, Kamdhenu has built one of India’s largest branded steel businesses through its asset-light franchise model. Instead of investing heavily in manufacturing facilities, the company partners with franchisees while focusing on branding, quality standards, and marketing, generating a steady stream of royalty income.

The company believes this model enables scalable growth with lower capital requirements while strengthening its presence across the country.
