Coforge Launches ‘Momentum AI’ to Accelerate Enterprise AI Adoption

Coforge Limited (NSE: COFORGE) has announced the launch of Momentum AI, a dedicated business unit aimed at helping enterprises accelerate artificial intelligence (AI) adoption and deliver measurable business outcomes.

The new AI-native operating unit is built around Coforge’s Forward Deployed Engineer (FDE) framework and human-plus-agent delivery model, designed to help organizations move from AI experimentation to large-scale production deployments.

Key Features of Momentum AI

Forward Deployed Engineer (FDE) Model

Momentum AI introduces Coforge’s Forward Deployed Engineer (FDE) approach, under which AI engineers work closely with client teams to understand business processes, build AI solutions, and oversee their deployment in production environments.

Powered by Coforge Neuron

The platform is powered by Coforge Neuron, the company’s proprietary AI operating system that connects enterprise workflows, knowledge repositories, and decision-making processes through an intelligent AI layer.

Outcome-Based Commercial Model

Unlike traditional IT services contracts, Momentum AI offers an outcome-based pricing model, aligning commercial terms with measurable business results and predefined performance metrics.

AI Talent Development

To support future growth, Coforge has established a 90-day Applied AI Academy that trains engineers in enterprise AI technologies. The company also uses human-plus-agent delivery pods, pairing experienced AI engineers with junior associates to create scalable delivery teams.

Management Commentary

Commenting on the launch, Alok Mody, Chief Technology Officer at Coforge Limited, said that the biggest challenge in enterprise AI is no longer generating ideas but executing them effectively.

He noted that Momentum AI has been developed to convert enterprise use cases into production-ready AI systems through a dedicated execution framework capable of scaling alongside customer requirements.

Strengthening Enterprise AI Capabilities

According to the company, Momentum AI is already deploying Forward Deployed Engineers (FDEs) and collaborative AI delivery teams across multiple global client engagements.

The new business unit reflects Coforge’s strategy of focusing on outcome-driven AI transformation, enabling enterprises to implement production-grade AI solutions faster while delivering measurable business value.
