Mahindra & Mahindra Reports Strong Q1 FY27 Results; PAT Rises 34% to ₹5,455 Crore
Mahindra & Mahindra Limited (M&M) has reported a strong financial performance for the first quarter ended June 30, 2026 (Q1 FY27), driven by robust growth across its automotive, farm equipment, and services businesses. The company recorded healthy increases in revenue and profitability, supported by strong demand and improved operating performance.
The company’s consolidated Profit After Tax (PAT) attributable to owners of the company rose 34% year-on-year (YoY) to ₹5,455 crore, compared with ₹4,083 crore in the corresponding quarter last year. Consolidated revenue increased 28% YoY to ₹58,188 crore, up from ₹45,529 crore in Q1 FY26.
Mahindra also maintained strong shareholder returns, with an annualised Return on Equity (RoE) of 23.0% and earnings per share (EPS) of ₹48.6 for the quarter.

The company maintained its leadership in the SUV segment, supported by sustained customer demand and a strong product portfolio.
Farm Equipment Business Strengthens Market Leadership
The Farm Equipment Sector (FES) also delivered a solid performance during the quarter.

- Tractor Sales: 158,000 units, up 18% YoY
- Market Share: 44.9%
- Segment PAT: ₹1,520 crore, up 15% YoY
The business benefited from healthy rural demand and continued leadership in the domestic tractor market.
Services Businesses Continue to Perform Well
Mahindra’s services businesses posted strong growth across financial services, technology, logistics, and real estate.
- Revenue: ₹12,899 crore, up 31% YoY
- Segment PAT: ₹1,805 crore, up 80% YoY
The performance was supported by strong contributions from Mahindra Finance, Tech Mahindra, Mahindra Logistics, and Mahindra Lifespaces.
