CCL Products Reports Strong Q1 FY27 Performance; Volume Growth Drives Revenue and Profit

CCL Products (India) Limited has released the transcript of its earnings conference call for the quarter ended June 30, 2026 (Q1 FY27), reporting strong financial performance driven by robust volume growth and market share gains in both domestic and international markets.

The company delivered healthy growth in revenue, EBITDA, and net profit, supported by nearly 20% year-on-year (YoY) growth in sales volumes.

Key Financial Highlights (Q1 FY27)

  • Total Turnover: ₹1,203.59 crore, up 13.76% YoY from ₹1,058 crore
  • Volume Growth: Nearly 20% YoY
  • EBITDA: ₹196.69 crore, up 21.84% YoY from ₹161.42 crore
  • Profit Before Tax (PBT): ₹129.02 crore, up 36.98% YoY
  • Profit After Tax (PAT): ₹116.87 crore, up 61.31% YoY

Strong Volume Growth Supports Performance

CCL Products continued to strengthen its market position during the quarter, with nearly 20% growth in sales volumes across domestic and export markets.

Management said that while volume growth remained strong, revenue growth was relatively lower due to fluctuations in global green coffee prices during the quarter.

Green Coffee Market Outlook

The company noted that green coffee prices are currently trading in the range of ₹3,300 to ₹3,800 per bag (as discussed during the earnings call).

Management highlighted that:

  • Coffee supply from Brazil remains stable.
  • Weather-related risks, including the possible impact of El Niño, could affect the upcoming crop in Vietnam.
  • Despite near-term volatility, green coffee prices are expected to stabilize around current levels over the longer term.

Domestic Branded Business Continues to Grow

CCL Products’ domestic business also recorded healthy growth during the quarter.

  • Domestic Gross Turnover: Approximately ₹180 crore
  • Core Branded Business Revenue: Around ₹125 crore

The company continues to gain market share across multiple regions and sales channels through its expanding branded coffee portfolio.

Expansion Strategy

Management said CCL Products will continue to strengthen its distribution network, with a particular focus on expanding its presence in South India while accelerating growth in non-Southern markets.

The company expects continued investments in brand building, distribution, and product availability to support long-term growth in the domestic coffee market.
