Aadhar Housing Finance Limited reported a strong financial performance for the quarter ended June 30, 2026 (Q1 FY27), driven by healthy demand for affordable housing loans and steady growth across its lending portfolio.   • Total Income: ₹997.19 crore, up from ₹851.34 crore in the year-ago quarter
  • Profit Before Tax (PBT): ₹363.63 crore
  • Profit After Tax (PAT): ₹282.36 crore, up from ₹237.28 crore in Q1 FY26
  • Basic Earnings Per Share (EPS): ₹6.47
  • Diluted EPS: ₹6.36

Loan Portfolio Continues to Grow

Aadhar Housing Finance maintained strong momentum in expanding its lending business during the quarter.
