LEAP India’s Business Opportunity

LEAP India operates in an area closely linked to the evolution of modern supply chains.

Companies increasingly need efficient logistics infrastructure without necessarily wanting to own every asset used in their operations. LEAP India’s asset-pooling model is designed around this requirement.

LEAP India IPO Review

LEAP India presents an interesting IPO story because it combines supply-chain infrastructure, asset pooling and logistics solutions with exposure to industries such as FMCG, e-commerce, automotive and third-party logistics.

The company’s revenue grew strongly between FY2024 and FY2026, while profit also improved in FY2026. At the same time, investors should consider the company’s debt-to-equity ratio of 1.01, the absence of directly comparable listed peers and the valuation implications of the IPO price band.

The proposed use of ₹360 crore toward repayment or prepayment of borrowings is also an important factor to monitor because reducing debt can potentially strengthen the company’s balance sheet and financial flexibility.

Based on the IPO Watch review, the issue is categorized as “May Apply” for investors considering a long-term investment approach. However, investors should independently evaluate the IPO’s valuation, financial performance, debt position, business risks and their own risk tolerance before making an investment decision.

LEAP India IPO Allotment and Listing

The LEAP India IPO allotment date is August 12, 2026. Investors who receive an allotment are expected to receive the shares in their demat accounts on August 13, while the IPO is scheduled to list on August 14, 2026 on both BSE and NSE.

Investors can check the IPO allotment status after the basis of allotment is finalized through the registrar’s platform or the relevant stock exchange channels.

The LEAP India IPO offers investors exposure to India’s evolving supply-chain, logistics and asset-pooling ecosystem. The company has demonstrated strong revenue growth, with revenue rising to ₹747.36 crore in FY2026 and profit reaching ₹62.34 crore.

The key factors to watch include the company’s ability to maintain growth, improve profitability, manage its debt and scale its asset-pooling business across its diversified customer base.

With an issue size of approximately ₹2,480 crore, a price band of ₹151–₹159, and listing planned on both BSE and NSE, LEAP India is one of the notable mainboard IPOs currently in the market.
