Larsen & Toubro Secures Mega Order to Build India’s Largest NVIDIA B300 AI Factory
Larsen & Toubro (L&T) has secured a Mega order as part of a strategic partnership with Together AI to build what the company describes as India’s largest NVIDIA B300 AI Factory.

L&T, through Vyoma.AI and its AI infrastructure subsidiary LTN Compute, has secured the project for a US-based AI cloud innovator.
The AI Factory will be built at Vyoma.AI’s Chennai data centre campus and will use NVIDIA B300 infrastructure to power Together AI’s AI-native cloud platform.
According to L&T, the facility will support large-scale:

- Fine-tuning workloads
- High-performance computing
- Generative AI applications

10,000 NVIDIA B300 GPUs

The integrated AI Factory will have a capacity of 10,000 NVIDIA B300 GPUs, which will be hosted at Vyoma.AI’s Chennai data centre.

The AI Factory will be hosted at Vyoma.AI’s gigawatt-scale AI infrastructure site in Chennai.
The first phase of the campus has been designed for 250 MW, while its power infrastructure has a readiness of 150 MVA.
