EMS Limited has emerged as the Lowest Bidder (L-1) for a sewerage and septage management project worth approximately ₹218.65 crore, including GST, from the Directorate of Local Bodies, Government of Rajasthan.
The development strengthens the company’s project pipeline and expands its presence in Rajasthan’s urban water and wastewater infrastructure market.
₹218.65 Crore Rajasthan Project: Key Details
The project covers sewerage and septage management works across six Urban Local Bodies (ULBs) in the districts of Ganganagar, Hanumangarh and Churu in Rajasthan.
The scope includes:
- Development of sewerage systems and Sewage Treatment Plants (STPs)
- Laying, jointing, testing and commissioning of sewerage networks
- A one-year defect liability period
- 10 years of Operations & Maintenance (O&M)
- An execution period of 18 months
The inclusion of a 10-year O&M component provides EMS with a longer-term service component beyond the initial project execution phase.
