Premier Energies Limited to Set Up 1 GW Solar Photovoltaic TOPCon Module Manufacturing Facility

Premier Energies Limited, through its wholly-owned subsidiary Premier Energies Global Environment Private Limited, has announced plans to establish a 1 GW Solar Photovoltaic TOPCon Module manufacturing facility in Telangana.

Location: The facility will be situated at EMC Maheeshwaram, Telangana, on leased premises owned by the Telangana Industrial Infrastructure Corporation (TGIIC).
Completion Timeline: The project is scheduled for completion by March 2025.
Additional Capacity: This new 1 GW TOPCon Module facility is over and above the manufacturing capacity mentioned in the company’s offer document.

This update was disclosed on December 13, 2024. Following the announcement, the trading window for Premier Energies Limited will remain closed from December 13, 2024, to December 15, 2024, and will reopen on December 16, 2024.
