Power Mech Projects Limited has announced a major milestone — winning a ₹2,500 crore order (excluding GST) from Bharat Heavy Electricals Limited (BHEL) for a key power infrastructure project in Telangana.

Contract Highlights

  • Awarding Authority: Bharat Heavy Electricals Limited (BHEL)

  • Project Type: EPC (Engineering, Procurement & Construction) package for Balance of Plants (BOP)

  • Project Site: 1 x 800 MW Singareni Super Thermal Power Project, Stage-II, Mancherial, Telangana

  • Scope of Work:

    • Complete BOP execution on a single-point responsibility basis

    • Includes design, engineering, manufacturing, supply, and delivery to site

    • Civil & structural works, erection, testing, commissioning, and trial runs

    • Annual maintenance, training, and warranty obligations until project handover

  • Execution Period: The project is to be completed within 38 months from commencement.

The company confirmed the order on October 15, 2025, stating that there are no related party interests involved in the contract.

This significant win reinforces Power Mech’s strong position in India’s power infrastructure sector, marking another step forward in supporting the nation’s growing energy needs.
