The deal, disclosed on November 27, 2025, is expected to significantly strengthen Kellton’s global presence in ServiceNow solutions and intelligent automation.

The acquisition has been executed through Kellton’s subscription to Kumori’s equity shares.

About the Target – Kumori Technologies
Founded in 2018, Kumori is a specialized ServiceNow Partner with more than 70 certified consultants worldwide. The company is known for its expertise across ServiceNow modules such as AI, ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, and GRC, making it a strong player in the digital innovation space.

Acquisition Value
Kellton will invest up to ₹52.50 crore, paid in one or more tranches.

Ownership Structure
Once the transaction is complete, Kumori will become a 100% Wholly Owned Subsidiary of Kellton.
