The total value of the contract stands at ₹615.69 crore, exclusive of GST. The project is expected to be executed over a period of approximately 31 months. The company received the Letter of Intent (LOI) for this order on December 15, 2025.

This is a domestic contract, and the company has clarified that the transaction does not qualify as a related party transaction. Additionally, there is no interest from the promoter or promoter group entities in the awarding company, ensuring full transparency and compliance with corporate governance norms.
