The company has been awarded a Project Management Consultancy (PMC) contract for a major development project at the Indian Institute of Technology (IIT), Mandi, located at Kamand, Himachal Pradesh.
Project Scope and Details
Under this contract, NBCC will provide comprehensive planning, design, and development consultancy services for multiple infrastructure facilities within the IIT Mandi campus. The scope of work includes the construction of:
Academic Blocks
Residential Housing comprising 2 BHK and 3 BHK units
Student Activity Centre, including a Sports Complex
Other allied and related works
The project is aimed at enhancing academic, residential, and recreational infrastructure at the institute.
Order Value
The total value of the contract is ₹332.99 crore, marking a substantial addition to NBCC’s order book.
