Ceigall India’s Subsidiary Wins ₹1,089 Crore Indore–Ujjain Greenfield Highway Project

Ceigall India Limited announced on December 28, 2025, that its wholly owned subsidiary, Ceigall Infra Projects Private Limited, has received a Letter of Award (LOA) for a major domestic road infrastructure project from the Madhya Pradesh Road Development Corporation Limited (MPRDC).

This project marks a significant addition to the company’s highway development portfolio in central India.


Key Details of the Highway Project

Project Scope and Location
The contract involves the construction of the Indore–Ujjain Greenfield (Access Controlled) 4-lane highway with paved shoulders. The project covers a total length of 48.10 km, starting from Km 0.000 near Pitra Parvat and ending at Km 48.100, connecting to the Simhastha Bypass (Km 2.600).

This corridor is expected to improve connectivity between Indore and Ujjain while supporting smoother traffic flow and enhanced road safety.

Contract Model – Hybrid Annuity Mode (HAM)
The highway will be developed under the Hybrid Annuity Mode (HAM), a public–private partnership model that balances financial responsibility between the government authority and the developer.

Project Cost
The total Bid Project Cost for the project stands at ₹1,089 crore, making it a sizeable infrastructure contract for the company.

Execution Timeline
The project is scheduled to be completed within 24 months from the Date of Appointment, as specified in the LOA.

Governance and Regulatory Compliance
Ceigall India has confirmed that neither its promoters nor group companies have any interest in the awarding authority. The contract does not qualify as a related party transaction and has been disclosed in compliance with Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.
