Waaree Renewable Technologies Wins ₹96.51 Crore EPC Order for Solar Project

Waaree Renewable Technologies Limited (WAAREERTL), a subsidiary of Waaree Energies Limited, has added another renewable energy project to its growing portfolio. On December 30, 2025, the company received a Letter of Award (LOA) for executing a new ground-mounted solar power project.

Project Scope and Execution

The contract covers Engineering, Procurement, and Construction (EPC) works and will be executed on a turnkey basis. This means Waaree Renewable Technologies will handle the entire project lifecycle—from design and sourcing of equipment to installation, commissioning, and final handover.

  • Project Type: Ground Mount Solar Power Project

  • Execution Model: EPC on a turnkey basis

Installed Capacity

The total aggregate capacity of the project stands at:

  • 28.60 MWac / 39.80 MWp

This capacity addition further strengthens the company’s presence in India’s rapidly expanding solar energy market.

Order Value and Timeline

  • Contract Value: Approximately ₹96.51 crore (excluding taxes)

  • Completion Timeline: Within FY 2026–27

The defined execution schedule provides clear revenue visibility over the coming financial periods.

Awarding Entity and Governance

The project has been awarded by a domestic private limited company. Waaree Renewable Technologies has confirmed that:

  • The promoter group has no interest in the awarding entity.

  • The contract does not qualify as a related party transaction.

This ensures transparency and compliance with corporate governance norms.
