Pace Digitek Limited has secured a significant contract in India’s renewable energy sector, marking another milestone in the company’s growth journey. The company has been awarded a 300 MW AC solar power project by Bondada Engineering Limited (BEL), underlining its strong capabilities in large-scale solar infrastructure execution.

The total value of the order stands at ₹3,757.25 million, inclusive of Goods and Services Tax (GST). This sizeable contract adds meaningful strength to Pace Digitek’s order book and reflects growing investments in utility-scale solar power projects across the country.
Scope of Work Under EPC Mode
The project will be executed as Balance of System (BOS) work under the Engineering, Procurement, and Construction (EPC) framework. Pace Digitek’s responsibilities cover the entire lifecycle of project execution, including:
Detailed design and engineering
Site development and manufacturing coordination
Inspection at supplier facilities
Supply, insurance, transportation, and storage of materials
Erection, installation, testing, and commissioning of the complete 300 MW solar capacity
This end-to-end scope highlights the company’s technical expertise and project management strength in large renewable installations.
Operations & Maintenance Commitment
Beyond project execution, the contract also includes Operations and Maintenance (O&M) services for three years. This ensures long-term performance reliability and operational efficiency of the solar plant after commissioning.
Project Timeline
The entire project is scheduled to be completed within 15 months from the date Pace Digitek Limited receives the Letter of Award (LOA), indicating a well-defined and time-bound execution plan.
Transaction Transparency
Bondada Engineering Limited, the awarding entity, is a domestic company. Importantly, this contract does not qualify as a related-party transaction, and the promoter group of Pace Digitek has no interest in the awarding entity, ensuring full regulatory transparency.
