The contract has been awarded under the Hybrid Annuity Mode (HAM), a popular public-private partnership model used in highway projects across India.
Bid Project Cost: ₹2,160 Crores
Under HAM, the government and the private developer share the project cost and associated risks, ensuring financial viability while maintaining quality standards.

Construction Period: 730 days (approximately 2 years)
Operation & Maintenance (O&M) Period: 15 years

Ceigall Infra received the Letter of Award (LOA) for the project on February 11, 2026.
As a listed entity, the company has officially disclosed the contract details to the BSE and NSE, in compliance with the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations.
