Advait Energy Transitions Wins ₹51.62 Crore DGVCL Turnkey Power Infrastructure Contract
Advait Energy Transitions Limited (formerly Advait Infratech Limited) has secured a new turnkey contract worth ₹51.62 crore from Dakshin Gujarat Vij Company Limited (DGVCL), further strengthening its order book and reinforcing its presence in India’s power infrastructure sector.
The project supports Gujarat’s efforts to upgrade its electricity distribution network and improve reliable power supply in tribal and rural regions.
Project Details
The contract is valued at ₹51,61,56,375 and has been awarded by Dakshin Gujarat Vij Company Limited (DGVCL).
Under the project, Advait Energy Transitions will be responsible for the:
- Supply of 11KV 55mm² AAAC Medium Voltage Covered Conductors (MVCC).
- Installation of conductors and associated accessories.
- Supply and erection of additional utility poles.
- Testing and commissioning of the complete electrical infrastructure.
The project will be executed on a turnkey basis, meaning the company will manage every stage of execution—from procurement and installation to final testing and commissioning.
The contract is scheduled to be completed within 15 months.
Supporting the Vanbandhu Kalyan Yojana-2 Scheme
The project falls under the Vanbandhu Kalyan Yojana-2 (VKY-2) Scheme, a government initiative focused on improving infrastructure and public services in tribal and rural areas.
By strengthening electricity distribution networks, the project aims to enhance the reliability of power supply while supporting economic and social development across underserved regions of Gujarat.
