Deltic Expands Jharkhand Footprint with New Company-Owned EV Showroom in Bokaro

Delta Autocorp Limited (Deltic) has announced the expansion of its retail presence in Jharkhand with the launch of a new Company-Owned Company-Operated (COCO) showroom in Bokaro, scheduled to become operational during August 2026. The new outlet will be operated through the company’s wholly owned subsidiary, Electrofine Motors Private Limited, and marks another milestone in Deltic’s strategy to strengthen its direct retail network in high-potential electric vehicle (EV) markets.

The expansion reinforces the company’s long-term vision of building an integrated electric mobility ecosystem by combining manufacturing, retail, after-sales service, and customer engagement under one platform.

Bokaro Becomes the Next Growth Hub for Deltic

The upcoming Bokaro showroom will become the latest addition to Deltic’s growing COCO network in Jharkhand.

Once operational, the company will have company-owned showrooms in:

  • Bokaro (Upcoming)
  • Dhanbad
  • Deoghar
  • Mahuda
  • Mihijam

This expanding network is expected to improve customer access to Deltic’s electric two-wheelers and three-wheelers while strengthening after-sales support, spare parts availability, and servicing capabilities across the state.

Why Deltic Chose Bokaro

According to the company, Bokaro has emerged as one of Jharkhand’s fastest-growing electric mobility markets.

Several factors influenced the decision to establish a company-owned showroom in the city:

  • Strong industrial and commercial activity
  • Strategic connectivity with surrounding industrial townships
  • Presence of major public sector enterprises
  • Rising demand for passenger and commercial electric vehicles
  • Growing adoption of sustainable mobility solutions

These characteristics make Bokaro an attractive market for expanding Deltic’s direct retail operations.

Strengthening Regional Operations

Beyond retail expansion, the Bokaro showroom is expected to improve Deltic’s operational efficiency across Jharkhand.

By establishing showrooms in strategically connected locations, the company aims to achieve:

  • Faster inventory movement
  • Improved logistics management
  • Better regional service support
  • Enhanced supply-chain efficiency
  • Consistent customer experience across locations

This cluster-based approach allows the company to optimize operations instead of managing isolated retail outlets.

COCO Model Drives Customer Experience

Deltic views its Company-Owned Company-Operated (COCO) showrooms as more than sales outlets.

These locations serve as centers for:

  • Product demonstrations
  • Financing assistance
  • After-sales service
  • Spare parts availability
  • Customer engagement
  • Product feedback collection

Operating company-owned outlets also enables Deltic to maintain uniform service standards while gathering real-time market insights that can be incorporated into future product improvements.

Supporting Dealer and Sub-Dealer Growth

The company believes that a strong COCO network also benefits its wider dealership ecosystem.

Based on its experience, company-operated showrooms have helped:

  • Improve local brand visibility
  • Increase customer confidence
  • Strengthen servicing infrastructure
  • Encourage dealer participation
  • Expand sub-dealer networks

Rather than competing with dealers, the COCO model acts as a foundation that supports broader retail expansion across the region.

Deoghar Showroom Now Operational

Alongside the Bokaro announcement, Deltic confirmed that its previously announced Deoghar COCO showroom is now operational.

The company has also released official photographs of the new outlet, marking another step in its ongoing retail expansion across Jharkhand.

With Deoghar already serving customers and Bokaro preparing to commence operations, Deltic continues to strengthen its presence in strategically connected markets across the state.
