LTM Partners with Cognition to Launch AI-Powered Cybersecurity Solutions for Financial Services

Strategic alliance integrates Devin AI into LTM BlueVerse™ RightLogic to automate cyber risk detection and vulnerability remediation

LTM Limited (formerly LTIMindtree Limited) has announced a strategic partnership with Cognition, the artificial intelligence company behind Devin, the autonomous AI software engineering agent. The collaboration aims to strengthen cybersecurity across the global financial services industry by integrating Devin into LTM BlueVerse™ RightLogic, the company’s AI-powered cybersecurity assessment and risk assurance platform.

AI-Driven Cybersecurity for Financial Institutions

Financial institutions are rapidly adopting artificial intelligence to modernize operations, but the pace of innovation has also increased cybersecurity challenges. Through BlueVerse RightLogic, LTM will help banks, payment companies, card networks, and capital market firms identify, prioritize, and remediate cyber vulnerabilities across critical systems before they become security threats.

The platform analyzes security findings from an organization’s existing vulnerability scanners, evaluates risks based on business criticality and regulatory requirements, and automatically assigns high-confidence remediation tasks to Devin. More complex vulnerabilities continue to be managed by LTM’s cybersecurity experts, with every code change undergoing professional review before deployment.

Five AI Solutions to Accelerate Digital Transformation

As part of the partnership, LTM and Cognition will jointly offer five enterprise solutions:

  • AI Security & Vulnerability Remediation: Automated identification and remediation of security vulnerabilities.
  • Accelerated Application Modernization: AI-driven reverse engineering and modernization of legacy enterprise applications.
  • SDLC Transformation & DevOps Automation: End-to-end automation across the software development lifecycle, from requirements gathering to deployment.
  • Technology & Business Convergence: AI-enabled vendor consolidation, application rationalization, and business transformation.
  • Database & ETL Migration: Modernization and migration of enterprise data platforms to cloud-native environments such as Databricks and Snowflake.

Improving Cyber Resilience with AI

According to LTM, the combined solution is designed to increase Common Vulnerabilities and Exposures (CVE) backlog coverage from approximately 60% to 80%, enabling organizations to reduce cyber risks while maintaining uninterrupted operations across mission-critical financial infrastructure. The continuous learning capability of the platform also helps automate a larger portion of remediation activities over time.

Leadership Commentary

Harsh Naidu, Chief Business Officer – Banking & Financial Services at LTM, said the financial services industry is under constant pressure to strengthen cybersecurity while accelerating AI adoption. He noted that the integration of BlueVerse RightLogic with Devin will help clients automate vulnerability remediation, reduce security backlogs, and improve cyber resilience without slowing innovation.

Gardner Johnson, Global Head of Partnerships at Cognition, added that cybersecurity has become a scale challenge that traditional security teams cannot address alone. He said Devin enables organizations to move beyond identifying vulnerabilities to automatically resolving them, while LTM brings the enterprise expertise needed for large-scale deployments.

LTM Engineers Ready for Immediate Deployment

LTM revealed that a significant number of its engineers have already completed hands-on training with Devin, allowing customer projects to begin immediately without lengthy onboarding or implementation delays. This positions the company to deliver AI-powered cybersecurity services to enterprise clients rapidly.

Expanding AI-Led Enterprise Security

The launch of BlueVerse™ RightLogic marks the first milestone in a broader strategic relationship between LTM and Cognition. The companies plan to extend their collaboration beyond financial services into additional industries over the coming year, supporting enterprises in adopting AI securely while strengthening their cybersecurity posture.
